OUR PACKAGES ON OFFER

Full Restaurant Rental: Minimum HKD 50,000 (with wine spending over 51%)

Event Space Area: Minimum HKD 70,000 on total spending (with wine spending over 51%), with maximum 24 pax

Privatise ALL: Minimum HKD 120,000 on total spending, with maximum 40 pax

Small VIP Room: Minimum HKD 10,000 on wine (beverage services only)

Large VIP Room: Minimum HKD 20,000 on wine (beverage services only)

*50% deposit is required when booking. Booking is only confirmed when the deposit is received.

Bâtard combines The Fine Wine Experience’s passion for wine, and Piccolo Concepts’ passion for food in a space created for you, the wine enthusiast. In addition to a core list of carefully selected and balanced wine suggestions, you can choose from the hundreds of wine selections on hand (and thousands of selections available at a day’s notice from our warehouse). Our wines are offered at retail prices, so you can drink better, for less. Our cuisine emphasizes fresh seasonal produce, prepared simply –  French cuisine elevated to pair with the world’s finest wines.

Private Tasting, Private Dining

Bâtard sits within The Fine Wine Experience’s 7,000 square feet of space in Sai Ying Pun. Double-height, the floor to ceiling windows, and clean interior design give the large main event space an airy, sophisticated feeling. Smaller, private rooms are also available. We are conveniently located in Sai Ying Pun, a short drive from Central. Our wine experts are on hand to tailor a tutored wine tasting for you and your clients, followed by dinner.

Our Menu

Bâtard combines the talents of The Fine Wine Experience and Piccolo Concepts. Our approach is French cuisine elevated to pair with the world’s finest wines. The menu delivers simple, uncomplicated but flavourful dishes that are just what we want when we drink fine Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, Riesling, Barbaresco, Hermitage, and the other many wonderful wines of the world. For us, that means dishes that aren’t too fussy and complement rather than detract from the wine. We source fresh seasonal ingredients, prepare them thoughtfully with care, and let the magic happen between plate and glass.
